Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between [Wilder General Contracting], hereinafter referred to as “Company,” and the user of Company’s services, hereinafter referred to as “Client.”

Scope of Work

Wilder General Contracting agrees to provide construction services as outlined in the corresponding agreement between the company and the client. Any additional services not included in the agreement may be subject to separate terms.

Payment and Invoicing

The client agrees to pay Wilder General Contracting for services provided in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. Late payments may be subject to [late fee/interest charge] as specified in the agreement.

Project Timeline

Wilder General Contracting will provide an estimated project timeline. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, permits, or unforeseen structural issues are not the responsibility of the company.

Materials and Specifications

Wilder General Contracting will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all materials used meet industry standards and specifications. Any specific materials or specifications requested by the client must be outlined in the agreement.

Site Safety and Access

The client is responsible for ensuring a safe work environment on the construction site. Wilder General Contracting requires access to the site during agreed-upon hours.

Changes and Additional Work

Any changes to the scope of work or additional services requested by the client may be subject to additional charges and must be documented in writing and approved by both parties.

Warranty

Wilder General Contracting provides a warranty period for workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.

Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees or obligations shall be settled according to the terms outlined herein.
